Ithaca College offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Outdoor Adventure Leadership as well as a minor in Outdoor Pursuits. Both programs offer Outdoor Leader Certification through the Wilderness Education Association as well as a Leave No Trace Master Educator and Wilderness First Responder Certificates
The mission of the Outdoor Adventure Leadership major is to develop visionary outdoor educational leaders who are prepared to be agents of change in the world, whether in a wilderness context or a context where these transferable skills are implemented.
