Updated calendar events view - Now Live! Ever have a hard time finding information about a calendar event on the WEA website? With so much information available important things can sometimes get lost in the shuffle. Not any longer! The makers of Tendenci have made some significant changes in the way event information is viewed to give your brain a rest and ensure that you don't miss a thing. **The format for adding and editing your calendar events remains the same** Event page tabs
Now when you visit the WEA calendar, each event's information is now broken down into separate tabs, making it easier than ever for your attendees to find the information they need. The print view, however, will bring all of your event information into one page. Automatically created Google Map
Getting there is half the fun! Your 'Location' tab not only provides your venue address, phone number and Web site address - but pops up an automatically generated map to provide an extra visual for attendees on the go.
Pricing and Registration made Easier For events that are offered directly through the WEA such as the International Conference on Outdoor Leadership, finding out just how much something costs and registering are made easier by tabs that are separated to highlight those pieces of information. For courses offered through Accredited Institutions or Organizational members, these tabs will not appear and information about registration and pricing should be included in the Overview page. We hope that these changes make registering for the 2011 conference and its associated events easier!
