Over the last year the WEA Research Committee has been hard a work developing a new Research Agenda that is fitting with the new WEA Curriculum objectives. It is our hope that by continually engaging in meaningful research that challenges our curriculum we will continue to build evidence for best practices in everything the WEA teaches.
In the coming weeks be looking for changes to the WEA Research website (www.weainfo.org/research). The Research Agenda will be going live on the website, as will the beginnings of the WEA Research Cache. In the coming months we'll start pulling together the details for the 3rd Annual Outdoor Leadership Research Symposium. Start thinking about your abstracts, we'd love to hear what research you're doing in your neck of the woods!
As always, as the new academic year approaches, don't forget to consider doing research this year with the WEA!!
