Food and Beverage

All registrations include all meals from Wednesday evening through brunch on Saturday. Additionally covered are daily snacks and coffee, as well as hors d'oeuvres both in the Exhibit Hall Opening Social and at our off-site Community Social and Auction. The excellent HoneyRock chef and food service staff regularly adapt and serve quality options for most special dietary needs and requests. Staff will strive to meet all reasonable special dietary needs identified in the registration information. Please contact your HoneyRock staff for more information or assistance.

Lodging Options

HoneyRock's Onsite Lodging options include a 'Basic' lodging of dorm-style housing and limited 'Premium' lodging including cabins and apartment-style housing.

Attendees staying in Offsite Accommodations can choose the 'No Lodging' option when registering. All meals are still included in the 'No Lodging' registration fee.

 

HoneyRock: Basic and Premium Onsite Lodging Options

All lodging, meals, housing, and conference spaces are contained within HoneyRock's central campus and within a 5-minute walk.

  • Standard Lodging: Shared Dorm Rooms
    • Small bunk rooms: 10 rooms with 5 bunks each. Shared bathroom in each room.
    • Large bunk rooms: 3 rooms of 10 bunks. Shared bathroom in each room.
  • Premium* Lodging Cabins and Apartments
    • All Premium Lodging options are shared rooms. If you do not designate a roommate, HR staff will assign one. There is an additional surcharge to designate a private room. Additional details in the registration process or upon inquiry.
    • Winter Cabins
    • Riverfront Cottages
      • 2 cottages that house 4-5 guests each.
      • Shared bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
      • Located 1 mile from main camp. Car required.
    • Studio Apartments 
      • 3 apartments, each housing 2-4 guests.
      • Shared bathroom and kitchen in each.

*Premium lodging is limited and assignment will be offered on a space-available basis only. Space is limited and prices reflect multiple-occupancy.

HoneyRock Amenities

Guests have access to a small fitness center, racquetball/wallyball courts, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe equipment, an indoor climbing wall, broomball courts, horses, and an ice-climbing tower amongst other activity opportunities at no additional cost to attendees.

Free high-speed internet is available for all, though the bandwidth is limited. Video streaming will NOT be available for attendees: HoneyRock has enabled blocking software that prevents access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.  

Below is a map of our central campus. The fully winterized housing units are the closest units to the two main buildings (the Chapel and Chrowser Center - Dining Hall and Health Center) where conference activities will take place. Several hotels are available in Eagle River, WI, a 15-20 minute drive (depending on conditions). Self-parking at HoneyRock is available at no extra cost. The list below is not exhaustive.
