Registration Details

We've worked hard with our host, YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, to maximize the value of the 2021 ICOL!

Full Conference Registration

Your registration fee includes all conference proceedings and events as well as all meals in the Buffet Dining Hall from Wednesday evening through a Banquet dinner on Friday. Daily snacks and coffee are also included, as well as hors d'oeuvres in the Exhibit Hall Opening Social, our PAULtalks evening, and our Community Raffle and Auction. 

One-day Registration

Note that one-day registration does NOT include meals or evening activities.

What registration does not include:

Pre-conference workshops and clinics are NOT included in conference registration costs; pre-conference attendance requires additional registration.

Lodging at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly can be booked directly with using the link in the conference registration. You may also choose to stay at another lodging location in the area. More information coming soon! 

Shuttles to and from YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly can be booked for airport transportation or for independent evening entertainment.

Opportunities to treat yourself: There will be specialty goodies available at the Gift Shop, as well as swag and exhibitor merchandise for sale.

Lastly, don't forget about the Community Social with Auction and Raffle. We accept cash and credit card, so come prepared with your preferred purchase method. (Receipts provided upon request.)

Presenter Discounts

In recognition of the important role of presenters in providing a high-quality conference experience, all presenters will receive Early Bird Pricing for their registration. If you miss the Early Bird registration deadline, simply email the National Office to receive your presenter discounted registration link and pay the early bird price right up to the start of the conference.

WEA Member Registration Code

In August, the National Office will email a special registration code to all current WEA members. Use this code when registering to ensure you receive the correct Member Pricing. If no code was received, please contact the WEA National Office at +1 (740) 607-9759 or [email protected]). 

Pre- or Post-Conference Session Registration

In addition to the WEA Certified Outdoor Educator Clinic, attendees can register for other pre-conference sessions. Registration in these sessions will incur an additional cost.
